Your photos and your data, in plain language
The Digital Twin works because you trust us with a photo of your body. That deserves a clear answer about what happens to it, written like a human, not a legal document. The full legal version is in our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
When you use GloFlow, we collect what you give us: your account details, the photos you upload, and your health and fitness data like height, weight, workouts, measurements, and meals. We also collect standard technical data like device type and usage patterns. We only get what you choose to log.
What we never do
We don't sell your personal data. We don't share it for targeted or cross-contextual behavioral advertising. There are no ads in GloFlow and your data doesn't feed anyone's ad machine.
Who can see your photos
Your photos are processed by our systems and the AI that generates your projection. Outputs aren't reviewed by a human unless we explicitly say so. We use vetted service providers like cloud hosting and payment processors to run GloFlow, and they can only handle data under our instructions.
How your data improves GloFlow
Content you provide may be used to improve our services, including the AI that powers GloFlow's features. We also use aggregated, de-identified data to understand how the app is used and to build better features. De-identified means it no longer identifies you, and we don't attempt to re-identify it.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion of your personal data, including your photos and your account. Some rights you can exercise directly in your GloFlow account. For anything else, email support@gloflow.fit and we'll handle it. Depending on where you live, you also have rights to access, correct, and export your data.
Where your data lives
Your data is processed and stored on servers in various jurisdictions, including the United States. Wherever it's processed, the protections in our Privacy Policy apply.
Age
GloFlow is for adults. The app isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
