Quick answers to things people usually ask when getting started.

You can manage your subscription in the app under Settings > Subscription. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you cancel, you'll keep access until the current period ends.
You can log meals in a few simple ways. You can take a photo of your meal in the chat or from the "Add a New Meal" button on the dashboard. You can also type what you ate in the chat and GloFlow will help estimate the nutrition, or manually enter foods and nutrition details if you prefer full control. If something is logged incorrectly, you can just ask GloFlow to remove or update the meal.
Add your measurements in the Measurements tab on your dashboard. You can track your weight and any other body measurements that matter to you.
Open the "My Progress" tab to see graphs connecting your meals, measurements, and how you feel. The longer you use GloFlow, the clearer the patterns become.
Yes. Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties. You own your information and can export or delete it anytime from Settings.
Right now, GloFlow needs an internet connection to log meals, update your measurements, and show your progress. This helps keep your data in sync and up to date across the app.
You can use the chat to log meals, update entries, and ask questions about your progress. You can also ask GloFlow about recovery, food ideas, exercise alternatives, or to adjust your workout plan. It can help you think through bulking and cutting phases and give guidance based on what you've logged, so you're not guessing as you go.
Your workout plan is created based on how often you plan to train each week, so it's designed to match your schedule and help you make steady progress. You can view and follow your plan in the My Workout tab, and you can ask GloFlow in the chat to change or adjust it at any time. We're currently working on adding full set and rep tracking directly in the app. For now, you can use the chat to update or modify your workouts as needed.
Your Digital Twin is a visual projection based on your measurements and your nutrition and workout plan. It represents what could be possible over time with consistency and proper recovery. It's not a promise of results, but a guide to help you understand how small changes can lead to real progress.
Not yet. Right now, the photo used for your Digital Twin can't be changed. We're working on making this adjustable in a future update.
